Shortly after giving his life to Christ at the age of 20, Ben moved to Tampa, Florida, where he attended a three-year Bible school. It was there that he met his wife, Jacky. She gave her life to Jesus at the age of twelve and, from a young age, carried a deep desire to serve the Lord in full-time ministry. In 2010, Ben and Jacky were married.
After faithfully serving and helping to build various aspects of ministry in the United States for six years, Ben and Jacky felt that God was calling them to plant a church in the Netherlands: River Church Nederland. With their daughter, not yet a year old, they moved to the Netherlands with a burning passion to see people encounter Jesus and to help them flourish in their God-given purpose.

With this vision, they arrived in the Netherlands and pioneered The River Netherlands. Later, they also launched River Schools and River Ministries. God’s calling is crystal clear: Revival in the Netherlands!
Today, River Church Netherlands has grown into a large, vibrant church with multiple locations, where believers are equipped and many come to faith each week. Alongside the church, Ben and Jacky also lead River Schools (a full-time and part-time Bible school) and River Ministries (the missions arm of River Church)—all flowing from one vision: to see the Netherlands and the nations flooded with the glory of God!
